Adult Classes - Never miss a chance to dance!

Adult classes are open to all ages and abilities. All you need is a good attitude (dancer joke!). Be brave, try a class and never look back! Apart from the obvious physical and health benefits it's also a great way to socialise and meet new friends with similar interests. Each class offers a completely different experience and challenge and you will hopefully enjoy every minute. All classes are taught by experienced and fully qualified teachers. Students are given opportunities to perform and take exams although these are not compulsory - we all love a goal to work towards!
